The business was created after a number of years being frustrated at the lack of new pet foods and accessories being available in many local pet stores. Being responsible, caring and wanting the best we could give our own pets, we visited shows and exhibitions across the country which convinced us that there are excellent foods and quality accessories which you the Pet Owner should be able to purchase, to improve and extend your pets life & wellbeing and increase your enjoyment of pet ownership.
Carrying out research into the ingredients of all the well promoted brands we see everyday on TV and in magazines highlighted the urgency to change the food we was buying ourselves and look at healther & more natural food.
We hope you also see the 'light' and change to improve and reduce the future risk of many pet health issues that are linked to food.
During our visits to exhibitions and trade shows we also looked at pet accessaries and found that the choice was overwheming, but again visiting local pet stores many of these great products were missing....only stocking what thier wholesaler had or what the company reps says are 'what the customer wants !!'.
Purchasing from the internet was frustrating..... as many products took 3-5 days to arrive, (unles you pay more !!) delivered at inconvenient times and attempting to returning items a nightmare !!....So we started our own.....
