Lily's Kitchen Trial Dog Food Packs Pet Truck Ltd want to encourage pet owners to feed a more nutritional food to your pet, Lily's Kitchen meets that requirement. To enable every customer to try a proper, quality food we have generated a range of trial packs, however to ensure fair trading conditions the following Terms & Conditions are specific to Lily's Kitchen Trial Packs Only: Only 1 individual pack per household will be processed and delivered by Pet Truck Ltd (maximum 4 Individual packs -1 Starter Pack, 1 Standard Pack, 1 Grain Free Pack,1 Puppy Pack) Only. Any order that is paid by Card / Paypal via the Web Site Shopping Cart that do not meet these terms & conditions will be changed to the NORMAL PRICE of the products to the sum of the order. During warmer months and delivering to locations where transit times are longer, the products could arrive partially thawed. This does not in any way affect the quality of the products....ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE PLACED IN A DOMESTIC FREEZER FOR MINIMUM 12HRS BEFORE OFFERING TO YOUR PET, because of this we cannot accept complaints based on this. PLEASE NOTE: Any changes in delivery day must be communicated through Pet Truck Ltd and not through the courier. DISPATCH is only arranged on the following days: Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday & Thursday.......Orders received outside of the stated days will be processed the next Monday / Tuesday.
